Fitness coaching is not just for athletes or people who are in already in shape. It’s for the average person struggling with keeping themselves accountable, staying motivated, and exercising consistently. I help women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond prioritize their health and fitness, many of them, for the first time in their lives.
I support the average person who’s afraid of being yelled at, who’s intimidated by the gym, and who doesn’t want to be looked down on just because they don’t know something. Many of my clients are pre- and postmenopausal women who have realized that starving themselves and spending endless hours doing cardio is simply not working anymore.

I’ve been through it and I know for a fact that shame and self-loathing doesn’t work. What does work?: Consistency, cultivating habits that align with your goals, and radical accountability. This is the transparency, perspective and understanding I bring as I rally behind you on, perhaps, the biggest challenge of your life…putting yourself first.
