FITNESS COACHING

In-person fitness coaching is available at either of my 2 locations in Toronto, Ontario:

  • Dwell Gym at 235 Carlaw Avenue Suite LL100 in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario (view on google maps)

  • Omega Health and Fitness at 1212 Kingston Road in the East Beaches/Scarbourough area in Toronto, Ontario (view on google maps)

    In-home services also available, please email to inquire or schedule for free discovery call to see if you are a candidate. Online programs are available internationally, all you need is a cellphone, a tablet, or a computer.

GROUP FITNESS

My weekly group fitness class is for female teen and adult athletes who are looking for strength and conditioning to enhance their sports performance. It is ideal for athletes who compete in:

  • Track and field

  • Soccer

  • Football

  • Rugby

    Please book a discovery call or apply via the form below to be considered. This class is available to a select few to maintain the small size, integrity, and energy of the classes.

    Classes are held on Tuesdays at 7pm at Variety Village 3701 Danforth Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario
