I believe that fitness should be fun, empowering, and that there’s space for YOU. I am passionate about helping you find joy in movement.
I am a full time Can Fit Pro certified fitness coach, part-time pro snack advocate. I offer virtual and in-person coaching options in Toronto and GTA East.
My love of fitness began as a child running…away…from the neighborhood dog. That same year, I watched Donovan Bailey win Gold at the 1996 Olympic Games, and that was a wrap.
I’ve spent over a decade as a competitive track athlete and part time fitness coach. Now I coach full-time and am obsessed with marathon running. I also happen to have a soft spot for French Bulldogs.
We know that having a jaw dropping booty and an invisible waistline is celebrated, but there is so much more to health than that. Fitness is mentally and physically transformative. I have lived with depression, anxiety, and felt hopeless about my life. How did I get back on track? Fitness and therapy. Taking one step at a time, I regain my strength and rediscover my power over and over again.
