75 HARD is a fitness and mental resilience challenge that’s been gaining traction on social media, designed to push you towards a higher level of fitness through consistent, tough tasks.

Why am I doing this? After recovering from a back injury over the past six months, I've realized I’ve lost the discipline that comes with a structured fitness routine. Now, as I reintroduce load and movement to test my spine’s resilience, it feels like the perfect time to embrace a challenge—because why not?

So, whether your goal is to lose inches, earn bragging rights, or simply prove to yourself that you can, we can take on this journey together.

Join the Challenge

Here are the DAILY tasks:

1. 45 minute outdoor workout (includes walking) - 6 points 

2. 45 minute indoor workout (including stretching or yoga) - 5 points 

3. Follow a nutritional  plan of your choosing (i.e. no sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, whole foods) - 4  points 

4. Drink 3L of water - 4 points

5. Read 10 pages of non-fiction - 3 points 

6. Take a progress picture - 2 points 

Whoever has the most points at the end of the 75 days gets a prize! Everyone else, including myself, gets a stronger body and more resilient mind. In the event of a tie, the person with the most inches lost will be the winner. Let the shenanigans BEGIN!
