The NEW run strong programs are built to help you achieve maximum success while running in these streets…whatever success looks like to you. This could mean running a personal best or finishing your first 10km race without ending up in a ditch somewhere questioning your life’s choices. On the strength side: the programs focus on strength exercises for injury prevention, learning how to breathe while running, and working on a stronger core to prevent low back pain. On the running side: aerobic and speed endurance is the key to being able to run faster for longer. Cross training and conditioning during the winter will prepare you to hit the road running come the spring. Bonus? We have fun while doing it because life is short and running while having fun hits different…I know from experience.

Run Strong Programs

  • Option 1: Online (In-App)

    What it includes:
    > Choose from custom progressive strength workouts, custom running training plan or BOTH
    > Prehab and mobility programs
    > Biweekly virtual check-ins

    $250 - $400 CAD/$175 - $285 USD per month (+ HST)

  • Option 2: Hybrid In-Person/Online

    What it includes:
    > 1 biweekly in-person/virtual strength training session
    > 1 monthly lower body manual therapy session
    > Progressive in-app strength workouts
    > In-app custom online running training program (aerobic)
    > In-app rehab and mobility programs

    $665 CAD per month (+ HST)

  • Option 3: In-Person

    What it includes:
    > Initial running and strength assessment
    > 2 run-specific strength training sessions per week
    > In-app custom online running training program (aerobic)
    > In-app rehab and mobility programs
    > Biweekly lower body manual therapy sessions

    $1100 CAD per month (+ HST)
    Pay As You Go: $105 per session
